CS2 UNI use universal wedges, whereas CS2 CART use Genuine Cassese® Cartridge Wedges.
The CS 2 is marking the beginning of the launching of a new line of Cassese underpinners with a unique and patented aluminum design which combines ergonomics, ease of use, wider joining capacities and premium quality components.
The CS2 UNI is designed to join mouldings in one, two or more positions without limitation of the number of wedges in any of those places. The selection depends on the width and height of the moulding to join.
Joining operation is carried out by using Cassese high-quality metal wedges (Masters™ "UNI"), specially designed to perform perfect and tight frame corners. The Smart Wedge Drive System eliminates the need to adjust top clamp placement and need to adjust the air pressure between Softwood and Hardwood.
ACCESSORIES SUPPLIED WITH THE MACHINE A) 1 Magnetic adjustable rod clamp + 1 Locking ring pin + 1 Chevron holder + 1 Magnetic chevron clamp + 1 Chevron rubber. B) 3 stapling heads, each corresponding to a specific size of wedge: 7, 10, 12 mm. C) 1 box of 10mm Hardwood + 1 box of 10mm Softwood. D) 1 wedge-magnet (to assist in removing wedges). E) 1 Allen Key 2.5 mm + 1 Allen Key 3 mm.
